Marcus Deller, Owner

Marcus started Servo Garage Doors McKinney in 2015 after a decade working for other door companies across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. He’s the person who answers the phone on plenty of emergency calls, and he still runs service calls himself when the schedule gets tight. His rule has never changed since day one: the customer sees the failed part before anyone quotes a replacement. That rule is now Clause 4 of The Haven Standard, and it’s why every visit ends with a documented photo record. When he’s not on a job, Marcus spends most weekends working on a 1972 Chevy C10 that he’s been restoring, slowly, for the better part of six years.

Tony R., Lead Technician

Tony has been with Servo Garage Doors McKinney for eight years, and before that he spent nine years doing commercial door work across North Texas. He’s our torsion spring specialist, which means he’s the one who gets called when a spring has snapped on a Monday morning and the car is stuck inside. Tony is certified through LiftMaster and Chamberlain for opener logic board diagnostics, and he keeps a running mental inventory of which neighborhoods in McKinney have the oldest spring cycles. Outside work, Tony coaches youth baseball and has yet to miss a home game.
